    The rooms have a stunning view. the restaurant is in a good spot. the staff here is fantastic; they give you a free wake-up call and even iron your clothes for free! 🌟

    The Orchid Hotel Shimla exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a delightful Pahari topi and a restaurant that stayed open late just for us. The staff were incredibly respectful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Despite the smaller rooms, the exceptional views more than make up for it. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options and even accommodating personalized requests. We absolutely loved the Roof top- House of Glass restro, it provided a unique and enjoyable dining experience. The rooms themselves were excellent, offering spacious accommodations with thoughtful amenities like ample luggage space and comfortable seating areas. The bathrooms were cleaned daily upon our request. The food at the hotel was exceptional, especially the North Indian dishes like parathas, steamed rice, and dal. They even went above and beyond by preparing off-menu items like vegetable pakoras and vegetable subji. The Shimla Rajma Chawal served on a square platter was a standout dish. The hotel also impressed us with its attention to detail, such as sensor-activated bathroom lights and anti-slip mats in the shower cubicles. The service personnel were highly responsive and attentive to our needs. our stay at The Orchid Hotel Shimla was fantastic, thanks to the helpful and friendly staff. We would like to extend our special thanks to Rupesh, Sheetal, Manoj, Mukesh, Aarti, Rishikesh. Despite being a bit far from the city, the hotel's hospitality made up for it and we appreciated their concern and attentive service. Thank you so much for a truly memorable stay!

    The engaging manager, Mr. Rawat, heads an excellent team! From the front desk to housecleaning, the hotel cleanliness is top-notch. The dining experience was incredible, with an elegant restaurant and courteous staff. The rooms have a pristine decor with amazing views, and the hotel also offers a rooftop restaurant with a scenic valley view. The staff is incredibly humble and cooperative, making the stay luxurious. The hotel is well-managed with services like free Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, a bar/lounge area, and a fitness center. our experience was mind-blowing and definitely worth recommending.

    The hotel was located in a beautiful area surrounded by dry regions. the room was spacious with comfortable chairs and a small table to eat. the bathroom was cleaned every day on request. the service personnel were attentive and responsive. the food was exceptional, especially the north Indian dishes.

    The service at the rooftop restaurant was seriously lacking, with long waiting times for food and drinks.
